Function:
The inrush current limiter ICL 3680 prevents unintentional triggering of the circuit breaker when switching on powerful loads (e.g. switch-mode power supplies). The ICL 3680 reduces the load peaks typical of high-consumption devices when switching on.
Installation is carried out by a qualified electrician in the control cabinet (DIN rail mounting).
Important Notice:
The inrush current limiter SCL 3680 does not support any soft start function. The connected device must maintain a continuos minimum load of 100 W.
